The Kingdom Cares program started as one food giveaway during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. Over the years, it has grown into mobile food distributions, a diaper distribution, a fresh food market, linkages to social and health services, and an Economic Empowerment Center. Through these efforts, we care for the whole individual and empower each person to achieve stability and the opportunity to thrive.

The Care in Action Campaign is a $5 million campaign that will:
Bolster our fresh food market and mobile food distribution programs to reach families in need.
Connect individuals to primary care providers, health screenings, mental health resources, and wellness programs.
Assist individuals in developing the tools and habits that produce a solid financial foundation for wealth creation.
Support the ongoing operational costs of the Kingdom Care Center.
We know that when basic needs are met, individuals and families can focus on building their futures and contributing to their communities.

The Kingdom Care Center is a Regional Resource Hub serving Prince George’s, Montgomery, and Howard counties. It brings together community supports and essential services in one location — addressing the social determinants of health and helping individuals build toward long-term stability.
The Welcome Center, Fresh Food Market, and Conference/Lounge space are currently open. The Clothing Store is scheduled to open by Fall 2025.
