A historic workforce disruption in the DMV region.
Many of the professionals affected have now been without employment for more than a year. The scale of agency closures and Reductions in Force overwhelmed traditional reemployment pathways, turning what should have been a short transition into prolonged hardship for families and the broader regional economy. These are not entry-level job seekers. They are seasoned professionals with advanced degrees, federal leadership experience, and deep expertise. They need more than a job board. They need strategic career infrastructure: coaching, accountability, and a clear path forward.

Introducing ClearPath
We begin with the whole person.
ClearPath is an 8-week career coaching program providing personalized, strategic support for individuals navigating career transitions.
01
Clarity Before Direction
We ground participants in who they are: their strengths, values, and contribution patterns, before asking where they should work.
02
Strategy Before Search
We work with each participant to build a Strategic Roadmap with clear targets, timelines, and accountability.
03
Accountability by Design
Group coaching, peer accountability, one-on-one check-ins, and a community that holds each other through the process.
What Sets ClearPath Apart
Complementary to existing workforce programs, not a replacement.
Not One-Size-Fits-All
Assessment-Driven
Three validated assessments identify each participant’s natural talents, contribution strengths, and career interests before the program begins. Coaching is then tailored to where each person actually is.
From Loss to Launch
The Whole Person
Losing a job is not just a career event. It is a personal one. Over eight weeks, participants address the psychology of job loss, then build and refine their path forward with coaching and accountability.
Faith-Grounded Community
Lower Barriers, Higher Purpose
No cost and no prerequisites. ClearPath is built and led by faith-based believers who bring both professional expertise and genuine care for the people they serve.

The inaugural is designed to validate quality coaching and meaningful outcomes before it scales.
Cohort size
Approximately 50 participants, capped to protect coaching ratios and outcomes.

A structured intake process for fit and readiness, not first-come, first-served.

Participant feedback at every session, with an outcomes report after the inaugural.

Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, plus bi-weekly one-on-one coaching.
Cost
Free. No prerequisites and no documentation requirements.
The curriculum was developed collaboratively with credentialed career coaching practitioners, HR professionals, organizational development specialists, and workforce development experts, built on proven methodologies and industry standards.
