Marcus Wedge is the Founder of CleanLines Advisory, where he partners with business owners and executive teams to operationalize vision into execution. Marcus establishes the governance, structure, systems, and accountability required to scale. Drawing on 15 years of experience in corporate operations and executive leadership, he takes a practitioner’s approach to helping leaders see clearly, decide confidently, and grow by design. Marcus leads the Career Development pillar of the Economic Empowerment and Innovation Center, where he builds workforce development programming for the community. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Morehouse College and an Executive Master’s in Human Resource Management from Cornell University.
