What You'll Do 

  • Coordinate scheduling and use of EEIC program spaces across all initiatives
  • Manage space calendars and room assignments
  • Communicate with program leads about space availability andlogistics
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and find solutions when spaces are overbooked
  • Ensure rooms are prepared appropriately for different program needs
  • Track space usage patterns to inform future planning

Shape programs from the ground up. Your participation in planning committees ensures EEIC offerings are relevant, high-quality, and responsive to real community needs. Your voice helps determine what programs are offered, how they're delivered, and who they serve. 

 

What You'll Do 

  • Participatein committee meetings to design and plan programs (specific responsibilities vary by committee) 
  • Contribute ideas,expertise, and feedback on program development
  • Assistwith topic selection, speaker/facilitator coordination, and logistics planning 
  • Support curriculum development and program evaluation
  • Help with event-daylogisticsand participant engagement 
  • Provide subject matterexpertiserelevant to the committee's focus area
